BESIDES LIVING IN ONE of the most friendly and affordable neighborhoods in the area, membership brings several outstanding benefits:
BEACH USE -
WE HAVE A BEAUTIFUL BEACH area on the Hood Canal with a gorgeous view of the Olympic mountains. It has a play area, swing set, picnic tables, lounge chairs, a cabana, restrooms, a volleyball net, horseshoe pit, real sand on the beach, and firepits! At low tide there are oysters, clams, crabs, geoducks and if you venture out far enough, a superb view of Mt. Baker to the north. Check out beach rules and reservations for large groups, for more information. It's a great place to host a party or just sit by a fire on a summer evening.
RECREATION AREA -
THE EDGEWATER PARK (formerly called the Recreation Area), has a children's play area, volleyball net, basketball court and tennis court with a locked gate and parking area.
COMMUNITY EVENTS -
We have annual events with refreshments provided, such as the Easter Egg Hunt, the Children's Christmas Party, the Halloween Party, and the Annual Meeting/Picnic.
